Time to give some info for our Team Build at AIOP and more.
First - this is not required or forced on you to remain in Renegades.
You can do this on its own, you can do this and be team surfing or
you can just do team surfing. It's up to you and your decision alone.
The original thing i had planned has changed a bit. It shouldn't just
be a team build but should be a team commitment and the forming
of a promotional team and home for the future. RNG Team will be
formed from that original idea.
More of a co-op WITH a Team Build than just a build. Get fully
involved or just do the basics(literally, just three things). :)
Links will be contained in the following text. Please DO NOT join
AIOP from those links. When you have read over all the information
and decide to join, move to Team Build - 2.

What is AIOP and why this site?
AIOP is a monthly membership site with a collection of marketing
tools - hosting, autoresponders(mailing lists), trackers, rotators,
unlimited banner/text ad advertising and more. A full list is here

Basic membership is $10(plus $1.50 fee) Pro is $20(plus $1.74 fee).
For most, basic will be all you need. If you decide you need Pro
later on, you can upgrade and downgrade with ease.
**Pro features are correct in the page above except for one thing.
The hosting for Pro is double that listed. 1GB space - 10GB traffic.**
It also has a unique compensation plan called Even Up. There is

It may seem complicated at first but once you watch the video a
few times, it will become clearer. At the most basic level,
Your 1st referral is your break-even point(except for the $1.50 fee)
and your 3rd referral puts you in profit. Your 2nd referral is passed
up to your sponsor.
Now you have 2 direct referrals and every 2nd referral they 2 get,
is now passed up to YOU. This continues on and on.......
While the commission plan is probably the best and fairest that I
have seen, for me, it's more about the tools and the company.
I still use Rocket, Trck.Me, multi-hosting and other paid tools.
These tools are great and I will continue to use them along-side
AIOP but they also cost a lot each month when combined. The
novice/average marketer on a budget or someone that just wants
a blog/site with a mailing list to get in touch with their readers,
AIOP is the right suite of tools at the right price.
Use one tool, use them all. Add them to what you already have or
use something for the first time and learn it. Up to you.
The company started in 2012 and since talking to the co-owner, I
believe they have the business set up the right way. They put the
member first and profits second. Quite refreshing in this age of
"only out for myself", over-priced products, compensation plans
that don't work and downright scams.

What do we need in a Team member?
Members that are willing to take action and stay the course. A
member that will help other members, not just themselves. This
is about ALL and not about ONE.
You don't need any level of experience - if you can read, join a
site and promote links, you're all set.
Those who want to be mostly passive, you just need to follow the
instructions that will be available. You need to read and react to
messages. Having some fun in chat with everyone will also be a
good thing(whether Skype or on a forum).
If you do have experience in marketing, design, article writing,
ad placement, hosting and domains, video and text walkthroughs,
teaching, autoresponders...........and anything else you can think
of that will help your fellow members, then you could highlight your
skills with us.

What features will our Team site/blog have or need?
This will be our promotional site to the world for AIOP and more.
I'm only thinking out loud now but it should be as comprehensive
as we can make it.
Articles and step by step guides on how to join, use and promote
every aspect of AIOP. A marketing hub with useful advertising
resources that are outside of TE's/Mailers.
A public forum for learning and support. With a forum, a question
asked and answered can be viewed by everyone.
A private area in that forum for RNG Members only. Hang out, talk
about business or Unicorns and the price of rice - whatever. lol
Skype and Email support for everyone at all stages. You or your
referral have a quick question? Just ask! Need to talk 1 to 1? No
problem.
Language Support. Google translate doesn't always work well. It
is always better to have someone willing to offer support in their
native language.
And whatever you think should be added.

What features will our Team Build have or need?
Team placement - You will be placed below a Renegade in the
next available open spot. Once all Renegades are in, we can
start to promote to the outside world.
Priority promotion - for those with no referrals. With a team
build, there will always be members with no downline at the
start. Those with no downline will be entered in the rotator that
will be be on the new site.
Once everyone has two referrals below them(pro x three),
ALL member links will be rotated permanently(pro x twice).
Revenue sharing - This is where things can get interesting for
the long-term future of our team.
In a second rotator and on the new site, we can collectively
identify and promote good advertising sources, useful affiliate
products, join new launches and promote ONE account, referral
contests....the possibilities are endless. 100% of revenue that is
generated(after paying upgrades, purchasing products or fees)
will be paid to members(those with no downline first).
Payout will be like a straight-line matrix as it's easier to manage.
All those with no downline will be entered at the top FIRST.
When we collectively generate $10 in profit, it will be paid to the
first member. Earn $30, 3 members get paid.....and so on, down
the list. When we get to the bottom, we start at the top again.
This is true revenue share, not a ponzi program and is just for
Founding RNG members to use. It will take a few months to get
this going and will be slow to start with but it could sky-rocket as
long as we find the right combination of paid/free things to promote.
To qualify, you simply need to maintain the upgrade at AIOP and
be actively promoting the rotator(monthly hits). You do not need
to join in this side of it but why not? :)
Just one rotator to promote now and one rotator used on our site.
You should all know me by now but I will say it - I am not taking
a penny from any comms. earned from your membership. The
same with Kore4, any comms. earned from a Renegade that is
in my direct downline, will go back into the running of the team.
It's not just referring - I will be giving out free months during
Prize Clickers contests. If a non-RNG wins, they will be placed
below one of you, not me. If an RNG wins, you get a $10 rebate
on your next month.
How can I do this? I have the option to purchase Pay It Forward
tickets to give a months membership away(or more). Contests,
free with upgrades, added to a product purchase, a holiday gift,
random draw...........
You can do it too. Have you got a site, do contests, have friends
that might be interested but aren't too sure? PIF tickets are in
your members area. If you are going to purchase more than a
few PIF tickets, contact support with how many you need and
the payment option you will be using. It will be much easier and
take less time than buying them one by one.
You can give them away to your referrals as well. They can then
use them to get a referral. Doing it this way though, make sure
you know or have contact with your referral. No point sending a
PIF to your referral and then they don't reply or use it for anything.
The power of using PIF the right way, will be in part 3 or 4. Some
will already know it's a great tool to use for promoting on your own
and will be thinking of ways to use it. Add a team - list/site owner -
any results should be multiplied.

We have a surfing team and a non-surfing team. I think it's time
to bring both together and do something low cost and worthwhile.
A project we can ALL work on, teach, learn(and sometimes fail)
with each other. I want to bring some focus back, fun and hopefully
a bit of profit for everyone too. :)
It will take time to do and help will be needed from those who are
skilled in areas that other people are not. I can't do it all on my own
but will probably try. lol - With this build and the future plans(and
those still to be planned), I see a lot of potential.
Let's see where we can take this. This time next year.....if everyone
knows how to use the tools and are using at least one of them,
paying nothing for membership but actually earning a few $$$'s,
building other things and chatting as a team - great!
The above is the minimum to achieve but I believe we can do more,
much more.

This all sounds great to me David Thanks for all the effort you have put in
Will try to come up to speed on all of the tools inside and when I feel comfortable with the knowledge, can put together a "powerpoint video" maybe to simplify it that can be given to newbies.
